Qualifications

• College graduate with 6–8 years in logistics or shipping.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP BI applications/tools.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and, for external hires, five-day in-office.
• Experience in logistics/shipping roles with external-hire preference.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from planning and booking to delivery using SAP TMS.
• Drive transport planning, optimization, and proactive exception management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure.
• Build engagement with regional front office teams and drive improvements.
• Lead performance tracking, reporting, and KPI-based insights.
• Translate data into actionable cost, profitability, and trend recommendations.
• Lead process improvements and standardization to reduce friction.
• Support cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Support offshoring initiatives and onboarding new team members.
