Qualifications

• Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting.
• Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
• 6–8 years in shipping industry, preferably landside.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts; onsite in Pasig City.
• 10–12 years in operations, shipping/container logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leaders.
• Strong capacity planning and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business performance by ensuring profitable contribution margins.
• Maintain strong controls to prevent revenue leakage.
• Ensure processes align with SLAs and are well-documented and efficient.
• Adhere to Performance Management Framework and monitor KPIs.
• Engage and coach the team to deliver outcomes with ownership.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen across processes.
• Communicate with Business Partners and stakeholders regularly.
• Participate in contingency testing and support other GSC units during procedures.
• Promote Maersk culture, values, and policy compliance.
