Job summary

Maersk in the Philippines seeks a logistics professional to manage end-to-end landside shipment execution using SAP TMS. You will plan, monitor, and optimize transport while coordinating with vendors, terminals, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.

The role requires strong communication, analytic skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Five-day in-office work is expected, with shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in logistics or shipping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from booking and planning to delivery and order closure using SAP TMS.
• Plan and optimize transport, including vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling amendments/cancellations.
• Monitor execution, proactively manage exceptions, and ensure timely resolution across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and performance adherence.
• Ensure accurate system updates, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external parties to ensure seamless execution.
