Job summary

Colliers is seeking professionals for Landlord Representation in Makati to identify and secure occupiers, supporting landlord clients. The role involves client farming, site visits, proposals, and comprehensive RFP responses, with a focus on building strategic relationships and delivering tailored real estate solutions.

You will collaborate with analysts and executives, prepare pitches, manage documentation, and help expand both domestic and international opportunities within a global corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a business-related course; graduates of any course or program are welcome to apply.
• Has experience working in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage.
• Has experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate such as office leasing or landlord/tenant representation; applicants with residential sales experience are also welcome to apply.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) is a plus.
• Proven track record of closing lease or sales transactions.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and travel for site inspections and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client farming activities, including cold calling and market saturation exercises.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
• Secure additional Landlord Representation appointments.
• Collaborate with the Market Analyst Group in preparing client submittals, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to Landlord Representation, including responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), building comparatives, project briefs, contract trackers, and weekly reports.
• Develop marketing strategies for exclusive Landlord Representation clients.
• Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Work closely with the Client Engagement Coordinator to provide post-sales support to clients.
• Assist in organizing and participating in various client engagement activities.
• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Service Line Leads or Executive Director from time to time.
