Job summary

Colliers in Makati seeks professionals for Landlord Representation to identify and secure occupiers, supporting property growth. You will study client businesses closely and deliver tailored real estate solutions, with duties spanning client farming, site inspections, and creating compelling proposals.

The role involves preparing submittals, pitches, and documentation, developing marketing strategies, and managing landlord relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; graduates of any course welcome.
• Experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage.
• Experience in real estate, preferably commercial real estate such as office leasing or landlord/tenant representation; residential sales welcome.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) is a plus.
• Proven track record of closing lease or sales transactions.
• Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, or building comparatives.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and travel for site inspections and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client farming activities, including cold calling and market saturation exercises.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
• Secure additional Landlord Representation appointments.
• Collaborate with the Market Analyst Group in preparing client submittals, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to Landlord Representation, including responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), building comparatives, project briefs, contract trackers, and weekly reports.
• Develop marketing strategies for exclusive Landlord Representation clients.
• Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Work closely with the Client Engagement Coordinator to provide post-sales support to clients.
• Assist in organizing and participating in various client engagement activities.
• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Service Line Leads or Executive Director from time to time.
