Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or accounting-related degree.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 3 years of accounting-related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills.
• Knowledge in budgeting and financial planning.
• Experience in contract review and analysis per updated accounting standards.
• Knowledge of real estate and/or energy industries.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and external agencies.
• Proficient in Excel and MS applications.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Land Finance Officer will provide a complete, accurate and timely financial information and report that is compliant with Accounting Standards to facilitate decision-making for Management.

1. Prepare projected and actual land disbursement plan by examining contracts and other supporting documents.

2. Prepare weekly report on land payables.

3. Work closely with Finance and other departments to reconcile land and land-related transactions and accounts and ensure that all transactions have been captured.

4. Keep an updated land monitoring schedule which reflects comprehensive transactions of the team.

5. Regular coordination with key groups relevant to financial reporting and compliance.

6. Assist in audits and other reviews by providing requested documents and schedules.

7. Support management and wider Finance team on land-related ad-hoc duties and projects.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting-related course
