The role involves preparing land disbursement projections, weekly payables reports, and close collaboration with Finance to ensure all land-related transactions are captured. Strong Excel skills and budgeting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or accounting-related degree.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 3 years of accounting-related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills.
• Knowledge in budgeting and financial planning.
• Experience in contract review and analysis per updated accounting standards.
• Knowledge of real estate and/or energy industries.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and external agencies.
• Proficient in Excel and MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare projected and actual land disbursement plans by reviewing contracts and supporting docs.
• Prepare weekly land payables report.
• Reconcile land and land-related transactions with Finance and other departments.
• Maintain an updated land monitoring schedule reflecting team transactions.
• Coordinate with key groups for financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in audits by providing documents and schedules as needed.
• Support Management and Finance on land-related ad-hoc duties and projects.
