- At least 1 year in real estate, preferably in BD/PD/Permits or Market Research.
- Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business and Project Development Manager in property acquisitions.
- Prepare feasibility studies for residential developments.
- Manage the property and raw land offers database.
