Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/real estate related fields.
7-10 years of business and project management experience in real estate, residential and mixed-use projects.
5+ years of managerial experience in real estate or related industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new real estate development opportunities; conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
Lead land acquisition, site analysis, due diligence, and negotiations with landowners or partners.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and development milestones; ensure compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
