Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for a Property Development Support professional to assist the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties and evaluating opportunities for residential developments.

You will prepare feasibility studies and maintain the property and raw land offers database, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or related business course.
• At least 3 years of work experience in real estate, preferably in Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
• To manage the property and raw land offers database.
