• Bachelor's degree in related business field required.
• 3-4 years experience in real estate (Business/Project Development, permits, or market research).
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• Prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
• Manage the property and raw land offers database.
