Qualifications

• JD required and licensed in the Philippines preferred.
• Experience in labor and employment law, litigation, contracts, or corporate matters is advantageous.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters.
• Assist in managing labor cases, disputes, and other proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents.
• Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings and notices.
