Qualifications

• 2+ years in L2 Technical Support or Application Support.
• Strong troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for investigation.
• Clear documentation of technical solutions for varied stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of app/workflow integrations and dependencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level (L2) technical and application support for Windows-based environments.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents escalated from L1 within SLAs.
• Perform incident analysis and RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Use SQL queries to investigate data-related issues and validate behavior.
• Support business and customer-facing applications ensuring availability and performance.
• Document technical solutions and workarounds in knowledge bases and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and third-level support teams on complex issues.
