Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Level 3 Support Analyst to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across retail systems and infrastructure. You will monitor incident queues, perform root cause analysis, and provide training to faculty, staff, or users, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and networks.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in IT, 4+ years in support, and strong SQL Server/PowerShell skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Level 2/3 support.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Object Oriented and .NET programming knowledge preferred.
• Broad knowledge of computer systems software, hardware, and networking.
• Ability to perform advanced preventive maintenance on systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Service Request System (SRS) incident management queue.
• Analyze incidents to identify restoration actions and conduct investigations.
• Create problem records and perform root cause analysis.
• Restore service by taking incident resolution actions.
• Provide complex technical support for software and hardware systems.
• Train faculty, staff, and students on new technologies.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, networks, and related equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
