Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an L2 engineer or MSP support role.
• 3–5 years in an L2/MSP support role; relevant IT experience valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot M365 + Google Workspace environments.
• Provide advanced Windows & macOS endpoint support.
• Use NinjaRMM for monitoring, scripting, and automation.
• Resolve 6+ tickets per day on average.
• Handle 4–5 client environments with proactive maintenance during downtime.
• Support MDR/EDR tools (Huntress or Field Effect preferred).
• Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in small to medium IT tasks/projects when needed.
