Emapta Philippines is seeking an L1.5-L2 MSP Engineer to troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, and VPN across multiple client environments in a hybrid Ortigas setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year MSP or IT service delivery experience across multiple client environments.
• Hands-on admin and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Solid networking knowledge with LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Experience with FortiGate, Meraki, or comparable firewall/network tech.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery platforms such as Veeam or Datto.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, documentation, and English communication skills.
• Certifications such as AZ-104, MCSA, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Active Directory issues, handling advanced incidents independently.
• Deliver remote and onsite support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Maintain and support client network infrastructure, including FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity.
• Handle escalated requests from the support team and progress incidents within SLAs.
• Oversee backup/recovery processes to protect client data and ensure restoration readiness.
• Perform patching, software upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Keep clients informed with clear, timely updates until resolution.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and client environment records.
