As an L2 Application Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
