Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking an Onboarding and Integration Support Officer L1 to coordinate client onboarding and API portal integration from initiation to go-live. The role requires collaboration with Product, Platform, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

The successful candidate will liaise with clients to provide onboarding guidance, resolve integration concerns, and maintain thorough documentation in line with governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years in onboarding/implementation/operations or integration support, preferably in banking/digital platforms.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Governance).
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Excellent client communication; translate technical concepts into business language.

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and API integration activities from initiation to go-live.

What the role will entail

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing onboarding support, guidance, and timely resolution of integration-related concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Platform, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding execution.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, customer support, or integration support, preferably within banking, financial services, or digital platforms, with ideal experience supporting API testing and integration activities, addressing client inquiries, and guiding clients on implementation best practices.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation requirements, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs and system integrations, with strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
