Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support design, delivery, and implementation of Firm-wide learning interventions across f2f, virtual, and eLearning formats.

The role requires strong understanding of adult learning principles, 70-20-10 learning concepts, and proficiency with learning technology. Collaboration with divisional coordinators and continuous improvement of programs are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or related field.
• At least 3 years of overall experience, including 1 year in learning and talent development.
• Experience in business training, professional development, research and workshops.
• Facilitation and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learning coordinators to implement programs.
• Coordinate with internal resource speakers for training requirements.
• Coordinate with division training coordinators on programs and schedules.
• Develop visual and multimedia learning assets using Canva and video tools.
• Prepare attendance summaries, evaluations, CPD units status and reports.
• Release training invites and KM communications Firm-wide or to groups.
• Prepare L&D reports and dashboards; maintain learning intranet content.
• Assist in end-to-end learning process from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Design and deliver courses/workshops (ILT or remote, eLearning) as assigned.
• Manage learning projects and collaborate with divisions and stakeholders.
