Job summary

p&a Grant Thornton Philippines is seeking an Audit Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive learning and capability development strategy for the audit practice, strengthening technical judgment and audit quality across all levels.

Working with Audit Training Head, QA, Methodology teams, and subject matter experts, you will translate priorities into scalable learning solutions, develop curricula and journeys, and use LMS analytics to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
CPA preferred; CA/ACCA advantageous.
5 years of external audit experience, Big 4 or large firm preferred.
Experience in learning design and capability development is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ISA, PSA, IFRS and audit methodology.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit learning strategy and competency framework.
Design and oversee technical curricula and learning solutions across audit levels.
Collaborate with Audit Leadership and QA to translate findings into learning interventions.
Measure program effectiveness with analytics and reporting.
Ensure CPD compliance and LMS administration.
