Job summary

OpsWerks in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to design, implement, and scale learning initiatives across our PH sites. You will identify capability gaps, build targeted programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with our strategic goals.

In this role, you will run needs assessments, deliver engaging sessions both virtual and in-person, track outcomes with LMS analytics, and partner with People Business Partners to ensure learning goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Learning & Development, facilitation or training design.
• Experience delivering learning programs for adult learners.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Agile or Kirkpatrick learning models.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Canva, Google Suite, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale learning initiatives to support growth of PH sites.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted programs.
• Deliver virtual and in-person sessions and onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to align learning needs.
• Track ROI and effectiveness; report LMS metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for learning sessions.
