You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, engaging training materials and drive knowledge transfer across teams. The role covers content design, eLearning development, facilitation, and training evaluation, with opportunities to lead train-the-trainer sessions and continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology, plus relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience designing and developing LMS-enabled trainings.
• Proven ability to create instructor-led and online courses with multimedia elements.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops instructor-led and online courses with multimedia content.
• Works with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Creates facilitator’s guides, participant guides, job aids, and PowerPoint materials.
• Develops tests and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Conducts train-the-trainer sessions and facilitates sessions as needed.
• Publishes courses using SCORM and non-SCORM standards.
