Transcom Manila is seeking an L&D Content Developer in Manila, Philippines. You will design and develop instructor-led and interactive online courses with multimedia content and gamified elements, working closely with other content developers to create high-quality training materials that promote knowledge retention and successful job transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years designing learning materials, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office 2007+ and eLearning tools.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design instructor-led and online courses with multimedia content.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, and tests; plan evaluations.
• Storyboard learning prototypes and publish SCORM/non-SCORM courses.
• Support L&D programs and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
