Job summary

AM3 Global is seeking a skilled Digital Media Designer and Developer in the Philippines to collaborate with Trainers and eLearning teams. You will create learning objectives, scripts, and multimedia animations to support change management and staff development.

Responsibilities include designing CBTs, videos and courseware, ensuring SCORM-compliant content for LMS delivery, and leveraging tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital media design, eLearning development and implementation.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing e-learning courseware and self-paced training.
• Proficient with leading content authoring tools listed in the job.
• Knowledge of creating SCORM compliant content for LMS delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with Trainers, Change Managers and eLearning teams to develop objectives, content, scripts and multimedia screen animations.
• Provide expert design recommendations for digital and online requirements.
• Design CBTs, videos, presentations and exercises as eLearning content.
• Create and edit graphics, animation, audio, text, video clips and other content for courseware.
• Construct courseware using storyboards and media for delivery.
