Zusammenfassung

Transcom is seeking an L&D Content Developer to design and develop instructor-led and eLearning courses with multimedia content and gamified elements. You will work with SMEs to ensure accuracy and create facilitator guides, tests, and job aids.

The role covers content design, eLearning development, and facilitation, including train-the-trainer sessions, with a focus on knowledge retention and job transfer.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Education or Psychology preferred.
• Certifications in Training, Instructional Design, and Web-Based Training Tools preferred.
• 2+ years in designing and developing learning materials, preferably in a BPO setting.

Aufgaben

• Designs instructor-led and online training programs with objectives and methodologies.
• Writes business, performance, and learning objectives.
• Develops facilitator’s guides, participant guides, job aids, and PowerPoint materials.
• Develops objective and skill tests and conducts training evaluations.
• Works with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and revises programs based on feedback.
• Conducts train-the-trainer sessions and facilitates sessions as needed.
