Job summary

Curio is seeking anExperienced e‑Learning Developer to build and maintain online courses inside LMS platforms, translating design briefs into polished, accessible digital learning experiences.

You will work closely with Learning Designers and Learning Technologists to ensure build quality and accessibility, while migrating content, performing QA, and supporting LMS administration to deliver scalable courses.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 2–3 years of experience in an eLearning development or LMS administration role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major LMS platform (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace).
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, particularly Rise 360 or Articulate Storyline.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and light customization.
• Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing multiple concurrent builds.
• Able to work independently, manage own workload, and deliver reliably to deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Course build: Create online courses in LMS platforms and authoring tools, including lectures, video, assessments and activities.
• Content migration and revision: Move content from Word/PowerPoint/PDF into LMS and update per feedback.
• Accessibility and QA: Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and conduct quality checks.
• LMS administration and support: Manage LMS functions, diagnose issues, and test new features.
