Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead a KYC analytics team. The role oversees day-to-day delivery, performance, and quality, acting as the first escalation point for operational issues. Night shift with weekends off, onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City.

The candidate will manage pod SLA metrics, review complex cases, coach staff, and drive ramp-up while partnering with QC to address defects and protect team metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of KYC-relevant experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of KYC analysts; own pod-level SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.
• Conduct first-line review and approval of high-risk cases requiring TL sign-off.
• Run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s; provide coaching based on scorecard data and QC feedback.
• Drive analyst ramp-up; monitor performance tiers and intervene with at-risk staff.
• Collaborate with QC to address defect trends and coordinate retraining or escalation.
• Oversee attendance, shrinkage, and adherence, maintaining accurate records.
• Mitigate attrition risk through engagement and recognition programs.
• Escalate operational risks to the Delivery Lead with data-driven recommendations.
• Support weekly business review preparation with performance narratives.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate with Training to close knowledge gaps.
