Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a KYC Senior Lead to own end-to-end KYC, EDD, and ODD operations. You will oversee outsourced review teams, ensure regulatory-ready processes, and work with Trust & Safety to flag risks and drive continuous improvements.

You will translate product launches and regulatory changes into updated procedures, maintain clear documentation, and coordinate audits to protect compliance posture across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC operations within regulated finance or crypto.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
• Experience overseeing outsourced review teams and QA.
• Ability to write clear process documentation for non-experts.
• Exposure to internal/external compliance audits.
• Excellent communication for management updates.
• Experience with crypto or fintech products a plus.
• Hands-on with IDV solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of KYC, EDD, and ODD programmes.
• Define and maintain SOPs and decision frameworks used by teams.
• Oversee outsourced review agents, with quality calibration sessions.
• Prepare for audits; ensure evidence packs and records are audit-ready.
• Identify gaps early; escalate with impact assessments.
• Translate regulatory changes into updated processes before go-live.
• Coordinate updates with outsourced teams to minimize disruption.
• Monitor queues and output quality; flag capacity/accuracy issues.
• Contribute to scoping of remediation projects with timelines.
• Track and report operational metrics for leadership.
