Job summary

Binance is seeking experienced Customer Service professionals in the Philippines to support KYC/KYB onboarding and AML/compliance processes for a global crypto exchange. You will handle client inquiries, review onboarding documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex cases.

The role requires strong risk awareness, multitasking ability, and excellent English and Japanese communication to liaise with overseas partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Support/KYC/KYB/onboarding/compliance role with knowledge of relevant rules and day-to-day compliance.
• Familiarity with local laws and upcoming virtual currency regulation is a strong plus.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review enquiries related to client onboarding (Individuals/Corporates).
• Escalate key risks/issues to managers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, Product and others to obtain supporting evidence for KYC/KYB due diligence.
