Job summary

Pacific Equities Holding Corp. seeks a KYC/KYB Associate to support end‑to‑end client onboarding. You will collect and review documents, validate information, and monitor onboarding activities to ensure accurate client Activation.

You will coordinate with Growth, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, Finance, and Technical teams to facilitate timely onboarding and maintain strong client communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Banking, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in KYC, KYB, Client Onboarding, compliance operations, banking, fintech, payments, SaaS, or software services is preferred.
• Familiarity with corporate documents and business registration requirements is preferred.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, beneficial ownership, sanctions, and client due diligence is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, document management tools, workflow systems, and other business software.
• Strong attention to detail and document review and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication with client service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information and identify inconsistencies and escalated concerns.
• Strong time management, process discipline, integrity, and ability to work effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding cases assigned by supervisor.
• Review client profiles and determine onboarding requirements based on type, product, jurisdiction, ownership, and risk.
• Send onboarding instructions, forms, documents, and checklists to clients.
• Guide clients on completing onboarding forms and submitting documents.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout onboarding.
• Collect and review client documentation such as incorporation certificates, permits, tax docs, and IDs.
• Verify documents for completeness, validity, and authenticity.
• Perform KYC/KYB checks per policies and procedures.
• Maintain an updated list of pending requirements and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with departments regarding onboarding requirements.
