Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document Coordination: collect KYC documents and service agreements after a sale closes.
• Quality Control: review paperwork for accuracy before passing to Partner Solutions.
• Liaison Work: be the main contact between Sales and onboarding teams to track new accounts.
• Pipeline Support: keep CRM records updated for real‑time onboarding progress.
• Client Communication: follow up with clients to obtain missing information.
