Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Fintech and Digital Banking) to join our team.

You will guide customers through end-to-end onboarding and account activation, and ensure smooth KYC/AML verification. You will collaborate with compliance, product and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues, monitor workflows, meet SLA targets, and identify ways to improve onboarding conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years fintech, banking, or onboarding operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and identity verification processes.
• Experience supporting US banking or fintech customers preferred.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom tools.
• Skilled in managing high-volume, SLA-driven workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through end-to-end onboarding and account activation.
• Drive smooth KYC/AML and identity verification processes.
• Resolve onboarding issues to reduce drop-offs and delays.
• Monitor onboarding workflows and meet SLA performance targets.
