Job summary

AB Capital & Investment Corporation is seeking an Account Processor to evaluate and assess newly opened accounts from online and manual applications in compliance with regulatory standards and ABCSI policies.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, AMLA/KYC knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous data tracking to ensure accurate onboarding in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
• In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) rules and KYC compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in document verification and data tracking.
• Background in banking, stock brokerage, or financial services account onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess newly opened accounts from online and manual applications in compliance with regulatory standards and ABCSI policies
• Prepare and distribute accurate daily tracking reports on received account applications to internal stakeholders
• Verify CDD/KYC documents to ensure alignment with company guidelines and risk controls
