Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fluent in Korean and Business English
Willingness to work in rotation schedule (rest day or off may be weekdays or weekends)
On-site work environment

Responsibilities

Respond to user inquiries and requests, offer premium services for automobile customers
Follow up on open cases/tickets to ensure timely response and resolution; document problems and solutions
Keep customers updated on case status and resolution times
Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team with a positive attitude
