Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution Corp. is seeking a proactive KOL/influencer manager to identify suitable influencers, coordinate campaigns, and build lasting agency relationships.

You will negotiate deals, monitor performance, and ensure all content meets brand guidelines and timelines. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and social media proficiency, with a focus on FMCG/health sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in influencer/KOL management.
• Experience in FMCG/Health industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; social media savvy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Find the right influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, posting schedules; monitor results.
• Negotiate deals including budgeting, contracts and rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies.
• Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and timelines.

• Find the Right Influencers - Identify, recruite, and manage KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals
• Track and Measure Performance - Coordinate KOL campaigns, deliverables, posting schedules, Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
• Negotiate Deals - Budgeting, Contracts & Influencers rates
• Build Relationships - Maintain good relationships with KOLs and agencies
• Brand alignment/Compliant - Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and timelines
