Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge System Administrator to manage and optimize the telecom knowledge management platform. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance, administer access, workflows, and data governance, and partner with IT and Knowledge Management teams to deliver enhancements and training.

Responsibilities include developing analytics, supporting users with documentation, and maintaining data governance standards to enable informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in systems administration, data management, or IT.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience managing content management systems or enterprise tools.
• Intermediate understanding of reporting, databases, and statistical analysis.
• Strong cognitive skills including analysis, problem solving, and decision making.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to troubleshoot unusual or complex system issues.

Responsibilities
