Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a hands-on operator to support HR content, SharePoint, and AI-enabled employee experiences while building deeper knowledge architecture and agent-development capability.

You will perform content updates, maintain SharePoint sites, conduct audits, test Copilot cases, review AI outputs, and report findings to senior architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, pages, libraries, and metadata.
• Understanding of content lifecycle and information architecture.
• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
• Comfort learning Copilot, AI agents, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete content updates, page builds, tagging, metadata changes, and content retirement using standards.
• Support site, library, page, navigation, and permissions in SharePoint.
• Perform content inventories/audits; identify duplication and gaps.
• Execute Copilot and agent test cases; document results and adjust content as approved.
• Review agent-generated content and metadata; validate with escalation rules before publishing.
• Monitor usage/quality data and prepare findings for Senior Knowledge Management roles.
• Coordinate with HR content owners and track work through completion.
• Build proficiency in taxonomy, information architecture, Power Automate, AI configuration, and human-in-the-loop review.

Job description

Provide hands-on operational support for HR knowledge content, SharePoint, and AI-enabled employee experiences while building deeper knowledge architecture and agent-development capability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete content updates, page builds, tagging, metadata changes, link checks, and content retirement using established standards and review processes.
• Support site, library, page, navigation, and permissions maintenance in SharePoint.
• Perform content inventories and audits; identify duplication, outdated content, gaps, and ownership issues.
• Execute defined Copilot and agent test cases, document results, and make approved content or configuration adjustments.
• Review agent-generated content recommendations, metadata changes, quality findings, and workflow outputs; validate accuracy and apply established approval and escalation rules before changes are published.
• Help monitor usage and quality data and prepare clear findings for the Senior Knowledge Management Architect and Senior Manager.
• Support intake and coordination with HR content owners and track work through completion.
• Build proficiency in taxonomy, information architecture, Power Automate, content analytics, AI agent configuration, workflow monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review under guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a global, corporate environment; HR experience is helpful but not required.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including pages, libraries, permissions, navigation, and metadata required.
• Understanding of content lifecycle management, findability, and basic information architecture principles.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort learning and testing Copilot, AI agents, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools, including reviewing automated outputs and identifying when human intervention is required.
• Ability to follow standards, manage assigned work with moderate independence, and communicate clearly with content owners and partners.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Scope

• Applies established practices and standards to day-to-day work.
• Handles defined content, SharePoint, testing, and tuning assignments with moderate autonomy.
• Escalates architecture, risk, platform, and cross-functional decisions to the Senior Knowledge Management Architect or Senior Manager.
• Develops toward broader architecture ownership and more independent AI configuration and solution design.

• SharePoint experiences are consistent, maintainable, and aligned with established architecture and governance standards.
• Copilot and agent responses improve in relevance, grounding, completeness, and consistency based on testing and evidence.

• Content owners understand their responsibilities and can work effectively with the team’s processes and standards.
• Content and platform issues are identified, prioritized, resolved, and documented.
• Employee feedback and usage evidence are used to guide continuous improvement.
