Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist in Manila to support HR knowledge content, SharePoint maintenance, and AI-enabled employee experiences. You will perform content updates, tagging, and audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to governance.

You will build taxonomy and information architecture skills while collaborating with HR content owners and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable content workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a global corporate environment; HR experience is helpful but not required.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online: pages, libraries, permissions, navigation, metadata.
• Understanding of content lifecycle management, findability, and information architecture basics.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort learning Copilot, AI agents, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools; review automated outputs.
• Ability to follow standards and manage work with moderate independence; communicate clearly with owners/partners.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Complete content updates, page builds, tagging, metadata changes, link checks, and retirement per standards.
• Support SharePoint site, library, page, navigation, and permissions maintenance.
• Perform content inventories/audits; identify duplication, outdated content, gaps, ownership issues.
• Execute Copilot and agent test cases; document results and implement approved content/config adjustments.
• Review agent-generated recommendations, metadata changes, quality findings, and workflows; validate accuracy before publishing.
• Monitor usage/quality data and prepare findings for Senior Knowledge Management Architect and Senior Manager.
• Support intake with HR content owners and track work through completion.
• Build proficiency in taxonomy, information architecture, Power Automate, content analytics, AI agent config, workflow monitoring.
