AECOM is seeking a Specialist II, HR Services, Knowledge Management (Fixed-Term) to manage the full knowledge management lifecycle and internal Knowledge Base governance. The role collaborates with global stakeholders, formats HTML into knowledge articles, and ensures content quality across platforms.

The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with ServiceNow KM, and the ability to train editors while supporting process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full knowledge management lifecycle and governance of the Knowledge Base and its contents.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders on article creation and updates.
• Format HTML codes into knowledge articles and ensure content quality and consistency.
• Conduct system maintenance checks and oversee UAT with stakeholders.
• Train Knowledge Editors on article creation and updates in ServiceNow.
