The Citco Group Limited is seeking a SharePoint Administrator for its Mercator by Citco team in Makati, Philippines. You will manage SharePoint environments, educate users and ensure security to support global client services.

You will collaborate with KM managers, maintain knowledge resources and contribute to scalable information management across multiple jurisdictions. A strong background in SharePoint and Office tools is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of international company experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Flexible, proactive and detail-oriented; a team player.
• Advanced skills in any document management system, PDF software, and related tools.
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint.
• Knowledge of various coding languages.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain SharePoint administration, user education and security.
• Manage SharePoint environment and assist the KM Manager in optimal server and network use.
• Develop and program SharePoint web designs to improve site content.
• Store large volumes of documents and maintain libraries, folders, and server configurations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders; support business needs.
• Update technical skills and monitor industry developments; share knowledge within Mercator.
• Support KM Manager to configure and maintain Mercator knowledge resources.
