Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund services and Mercator by Citco, with a centralized client service infrastructure supporting over 170 jurisdictions. This role focuses on SharePoint administration, knowledge management, and document governance to enable efficient collaboration across multinational teams.

You will develop and maintain SharePoint sites, educate users, and ensure secure, well-organized document libraries while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in an international company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Flexible, proactive and detail-oriented team player.
• Advanced skills in document management systems and PDF software.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and various coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint administration, user education and security.
• Manage SharePoint environment and assist KM Manager in server/network performance.
• Develop and program SharePoint web designs to improve site contents.
• Proper storage of large volume of documents; maintain libraries and folder structures.
• Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders to support business needs.
• Develop and update technical skills; monitor industry developments for Mercator knowledge resources.
• Assist KM Manager to configure and maintain Mercator knowledge resources for accuracy and availability.
