Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Knowledge Management and Documentation Officer to lead the capture, packaging, and dissemination of project knowledge. You will develop KM frameworks, manage repositories, and produce lessons learned, case studies, and technical briefs to support evidence-based programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies or related field.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Knowledge of knowledge management systems and learning frameworks.
• Experience with donor-funded projects and reporting requirements.
• Minimum 3-5 years in KM/communications within humanitarian programs.
• Experience in Rohingya response or related humanitarian contexts highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead KM, documentation, learning, and communications initiatives for the project.
• Develop and implement KM framework; capture and disseminate knowledge and best practices.
• Produce case studies, success stories, and technical briefs; manage archives and records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, donors, and partners for knowledge sharing.
• Support MEAL activities and evidence generation; contribute to donor reports.
• Oversee staff development and coordination for KM activities.
• Ensure visibility and compliance with donor branding requirements.
