Job summary

World Vision is seeking an M&E Officer to establish monitoring and learning systems, manage data collection and analysis, and prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with field teams and partners. The role involves research activities and evaluations with consultants and regional partners, based in Tacloban City.

The incumbent will build capacity of staff and local stakeholders, lead data analysis, and support high-quality reporting to donors and field offices, while safeguarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in development management, social science or related fields.
• 3+ years experience in program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication & training skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring and learning processes are in place and inform project improvements.
• Capacity building of project staff and local stakeholders involved in data collection/analysis.
• Lead data analysis using SPSS or other software.
• Produce timely, consolidated project reports with progress and recommendations.
• Support design, evaluation, assessment, and semi/annual reporting duties as needed.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing high-quality donor/internal reports.
• Document success stories and publish promotional materials across projects.
• Record activity reports and evidence of achievements.
