Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking a Knowledge Management and Documentation Officer to lead KM, learning, and communication initiatives across climate-resilient, ecosystem-based humanitarian interventions. The role will capture and disseminate lessons, best practices, and project outcomes through multiple formats.

Responsibilities include maintaining KM repositories, documenting success stories, coordinating with partners and donors, and promoting evidence-based learning and adaptive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Communication, Journalism, Knowledge Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, documentation, learning, or reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of knowledge management systems and learning frameworks.
• Experience with qualitative data collection and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of KM and Learning Frameworks for the project.
• Establish systems for capturing, storing, organizing, and sharing project knowledge.
• Produce knowledge products: case studies, success stories, technical briefs, learning papers.
• Coordinate documentation and reporting to donors and partners.
• Support MEAL with evidence generation and learning narratives.
• Provide staff coaching and technical supervision for knowledge activities.
• Ensure compliance with branding and visibility requirements.
