Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh seeks a field-focused professional to lead livelihood development and resilience-building activities. You will coordinate project implementation, manage beneficiary targeting, and monitor outcomes with a focus on community engagement and gender-sensitive, environmentally sustainable practices.

The role requires strong English communication, cross-cultural sensitivity, and experience with donor-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and master's considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of livelihoods programming and resilience-building approaches.
• Experience in beneficiary targeting, vulnerability assessments, and market assessments.
• Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
• Excellent English communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Project implementation and coordination across livelihoods, climate resilience, and community initiatives.
• Monitor and report progress; prepare donor reports as required.
• Engage communities, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure inclusive program delivery.
• Lead capacity building, skills training, and entrepreneurship support activities.
