Job summary

Ivoclar is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to head the day-to-day KM operations within the GBS organization. You will govern the KM lifecycle, partner with process owners and SMEs, and drive continuous improvement to keep information accurate and compliant.

The role emphasizes knowledge transfer and AI-ready readiness, with a hybrid working setup in a multinational environment. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in KM-related fields, 2+ years leading KM teams, and hands-on experience with MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, IT, Knowledge Management).
Minimum 6 years in Knowledge Management or related Shared Services roles.
Minimum 2 years leading KM operations/teams.
Experience establishing KM governance, content lifecycle, and documentation standards.
Experience with enterprise KM platforms (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice) and ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Knowledge Management operations within IVSSI GBS.
Plan and prioritize requests, deliverables, resources, and improvement initiatives.
Monitor performance and workload to meet objectives.
Coach KM Specialists and enforce standards.
Foster knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish KM governance, standards, templates, and best practices.
Manage end-to-end knowledge lifecycle from creation to retirement.
Lead Knowledge Transfer activities for new services and ensure readiness for Go-Live.
Collaborate with Process Owners, SMEs, IT, and CI teams on KM governance and tool adoption.
Develop KM dashboards, monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality and compliance.
