SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to create and maintain knowledge articles, applying KM and Technical Writing practices. You will ensure content is structured for reuse and findable through KX GenAI technology.

The role requires 2+ years in KM or related fields, with hands-on exposure to Agentic Learning and strong familiarity with KM methodologies. Collaboration with SMEs and multiple business areas is essential for successful content delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Knowledge Management or technical writing or related support role

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise knowledge articles for diverse audiences
• Publish high-quality articles following KM & Technical Writing standards
• Improve existing knowledge articles and update content regularly
• Identify improvements in content creation, delivery, and workflows
• Ensure knowledge is captured, structured for reuse, and findable by KX GenAI
• Apply metadata, tagging, and linking strategies in KnowledgeXchange or similar platforms
• Manage large-scale projects and collaborate with multiple SMEs
• Prioritize requests to deliver value and meet service targets
