Job summary

Knowledge Management Specialist (Fixed-Term) at AECOM is responsible for coordinating global KM content, ensuring proper document governance, and formatting HTML into knowledge articles. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of KM-related experience, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree &/or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using ServiceNow for KM (Knowledge Base, ticketing, HTML, chatbot).
• Experience with KM processes, technical writing or copy-editing, reporting & data analytics.
• Experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global stakeholders on article creation & updates.
• Ensure all contents undergo required Document Management Process before they go live.
• Governance & maintenance of knowledge assets in KM repository.
• Format HTML codes into knowledge articles.
• Coordinate translation requests.
• Conduct KM system maintenance checks.
• Do testing before & after every system release.
• Create & maintain records of system performance and Articles inventory.
• Prepare visual data analysis of reports.
• Report issues observed by End Users for fixes.
• Gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Manage UAT with stakeholder users.
• Create system know-how documentation.
• Lead major project releases & rollout sessions.
• Liaise with Stakeholders, Content Owners, Leaders & SMEs to close gaps for article updates.
• Participate in KM projects aligned with scope & delivery time.
• Train Knowledge Editors & Content Owners on article creation & update in ServiceNow.
• Impact assess processes for adherence & knowledge retention.
• Perform analysis of content requirements.
• Generate reports & interpret data from MS Excel.
• Provide input on employee feedback to support content opportunities.
• Lead projects related to KM materials.
