Job summary

Sagility is recruiting a Content Developer Lead Analyst - Knowledge Management to craft and optimize knowledge content for service operations. You will lead knowledge authoring, ensure alignment with KM and Technical Writing practices, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver scalable knowledge assets.

You will also drive content governance, publish articles, and support AI-enabled findability through the KnowledgeXchange platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Knowledge Management, technical writing or related role.
• Willingness to obtain KM/technical writing certifications (e.g., KCS).
• Experience with knowledge content systems or digital repositories.

• Write clear, concise knowledge content for diverse audiences.
• Publish high-quality knowledge articles following KM & TW standards.
