Job summary

AECOM Global Business Services - Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Knowledge Manager / Content Editor to join our hybrid team in Manila. You will coordinate article creation, manage knowledge assets, and ensure quality across content and system processes.

This role covers content planning, system upkeep, stakeholder liaison, and analytics using Excel and ServiceNow, with opportunities to contribute to global projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience using ServiceNow for KM activities.
• Knowledge of KM processes, technical writing, reporting and data analytics.
• Experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global stakeholders on article creation and updates.
• Ensure documents go through required KM processes before live.
• Governance and maintenance of KM repository with clear, consistent content.
• Format HTML into knowledge articles and coordinate translations.
• Perform system maintenance checks and test releases.
• Prepare visual data analyses and report issues for fixes.
• Lead KM projects, manage UAT, and create end‑user communications.
• Train editors and owners on article creation and updates in ServiceNow.
• Analyze content needs, produce reports from Excel, and support content opportunities.
